Privacy policy

What we collect

Profile information you provide: name, photographs, tapes, languages, skills, physical details relevant to casting, and work history. Account information: email, mobile number and, where you take payment, bank or UPI details.

For creator accounts, metrics read from platforms you explicitly connect: reach, engagement, audience location and language distribution. We never read your private messages, and disconnecting a platform stops collection immediately.

Who can see what

Verified hiring accounts can see your public profile. They cannot see your phone number, email, home address or identity documents until you have accepted a booking with them.

Identity documents supplied for verification are encrypted, restricted to our verification team, and never shown to another member.

What we will never do

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your tapes or photographs in our own marketing without asking you first, in writing, for that specific use.

Your rights

You can export your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it, from account settings or by writing to us. We respond within thirty days.

Where we keep records after deletion — transaction and tax records, or evidence relating to a safety report — we keep only what the law requires and nothing else.
